Grant Mohlman serves as the Manager of Account Management at RateLinx, where he leads a team dedicated to ensuring clients maximize the value of their RateLinx solutions. In his role, Grant focuses on streamlining processes, resolving client issues efficiently, and maintaining strong, trusted relationships that support long-term customer success.

Grant joined RateLinx in 2020 and has played a key role in optimizing client pricing agreements, auditing freight invoices, and supporting RFP processes across multiple transportation modes. Prior to RateLinx, he spent six years at UPS, progressing through operations and supervisory roles where he led teams, improved operational efficiency, and implemented training programs that enhanced performance and retention.

Grant holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. In his spare time he is an avid bass fisherman and Milwaukee Brewers fan.
