What You Will Do

The HR Business Partner works at the Scottsdale, AZ office and is responsible for performing Human Resources duties, including keeping the company in compliance, reducing risk, partnering with leadership and employees, and supporting and enhancing RateLinx culture. This is similar to an HR Manager role without supervisory responsibilities. Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective relationships with leadership and employees.
  • Handle day-to-day human resources needs of the business.
  • Perform recruitment and onboarding activities, including job postings, job fairs, applicant screening, interviews, background checks, orientation, etc.
  • Oversee, ensure compliance, process and serve as point of contact for health benefits.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for performance management, HR training, coaching and mentoring.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Manage promotions and transfers.
  • Maintain effective compensation and benefits administration for the business.
  • Ensure compliance and process FMLA and ADA related requests.
  • Ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
  • Conduct HR-related training sessions for the company as needed.
  • Research, review, implement, maintain and input information into HRIS.
  • Create and maintain appropriate HR records, policies and procedures, and documentation.

  • You have experience with HRIS systems.
  • You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Your experience in Human Resources spans at least three years, ideally in an HR Manager or HR Business Partner role. (5+ years is a plus)
