As Executive Vice President of RateLinx, Frank Locascio helps drive the focus of enhancing software development and long-term technical goals. Frank plays a key role in innovating and transforming sophisticated supply chain planning into effective and predictive modeling to create a more collaborative strategy between shippers and carriers.

Since joining RateLinx in 2004, Frank has helped distinguish RateLinx as a leader in supply chain and logistics management software and logistics IT provider. His teams are responsible for delivering RateLinx software to customers while continuing a strong track record of successful execution and exceeding the high expectations of RateLinx’ customers. Frank was named as a Pros to Know 2017 by Supply & Demand Chain Executive.

Frank graduated with a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Elmhurst College and has since held software developer and system engineer positions.
