Ashten Aktins serves as Manager of Implementation at RateLinx, where she leads the implementation team to deliver tailored solutions that maximize the impact of RateLinx software on customers’ shipping operations. She ensures every implementation is executed efficiently, taking the time to engineer solutions unique to each business while maintaining a seamless customer experience.

Ashten joined RateLinx as a Project Manager and quickly demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills. Prior to RateLinx, she held multiple leadership roles at Turn It On Electric, including Operations Manager and Service Manager, where she managed projects, streamlined processes, and drove operational excellence.

Outside of work, Ashten is a passionate foodie, enjoys Halloween, and loves spending time up north with her fiancé and their two dogs.
