If you think you’re a match, you need only apply. **What You Will Do** The IT Infrastructure Analyst is a service-oriented, self-motivated professional who provides Tier 1 support to internal staff, maintains and troubleshoots IT equipment and follows IT procedures to ensure systems are secure and available to users. Responsibilities:

Perform daily system monitoring

Assist in specifying, ordering and installing all required infrastructure equipment when necessary.

Create required accounts in active directory, Azure, O365, and other accounts.

Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.

Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary.

Onboard new employees and process departing employees in a timely manner.

Provide Tier I support, investigate and resolve issues.

Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.

Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.

Provide FTP/SFTP/AS2 setup support for internal teams and business partners.

Assist in maintaining networks (wireless and wired) and firewalls.

Set up laptops with appropriate hardware and software for new and existing employees.

Provide excellent internal customer service to employees.

Serve as back-up for System Administrator.

Analyze performance issues with databases, systems, and networks.

Requirements

You have at least an Associate’s degree in IT or related field.

You have experience with Structured Query Language (SQL).
