Serena Conard is our Vice President of Customer Service. She oversees the company’s customer engagement operations to ensure we deliver an exceptional customer service experience. She is vital in ensuring that all aspects of customer service performance and excellence are intact. As part of this role, she leads a solutions-focused customer service team committed to providing innovation and insights that help our customers solve their toughest business challenges.
Prior to this role, Serena was Director of Strategic Accounts with RateLinx and was responsible for engaging with a wide array of customers with a concentrated focus in supporting their strategic business goals and growing logistics needs. Before joining RateLinx, Serena has held leadership roles in supply chain and customer management with an emphasis on value creation and driving strategic cost savings initiatives within the Aerospace and Defense, Healthcare, and Oil and Gas Industries.
